See how I traced the WInklevoss Twins bitcoin donations to Trump

On June 20th, each of the Winklevoss twins - Tyler and Cameron - sent 15.47 BTC separately (for a total of 30.96 BTC) to the Trump 47 Committee, a committee that collects contributions to Donald Trump’s 2024 U.S. Presidential Campaign.

How to Find the Donations

By searching a bitcoin block explorer for two separate 15.47 BTC transactions occurring on June 20th, we find four addresses matching that description.

The addresses receiving the 30.96 BTC are 1Fo3FZdFZh7BTXHQVQp2W2pQt7PYCMGmRQ and 1FY6sJNwrwxwFNURuScGR4Qghzy5KF7BMH. The 15.47 BTC that they each received were the first transactions for both of these addresses. This indicates that these addresses are most likely the Trump 47 Committee deposit addresses that received the Winklevoss Twins donations.
